Australia Only

For customers buying outside Australia (for somebody in Australia) – please use their Australian Address ( NO Post Office Boxes or Private Mail Bags )

For International shipping outside Australia please contact us for a quote and include the items you are interested in buying from us and country to ship to.

Delivery

I Love Wooden Toys understands that postage charges can add significantly to the final cost of your purchase and endeavour to keep this to a minimum.

We use Toll Priority Express and TNT Australia on most items. This means your parcel will often arrive in 2 or 3 days to most locations in Australia. However please understand, sometimes circumstances can happen that may extend delivery times. This is out of our control once the parcels have left our warehouse. We will send you a tracking ID once your order has been shipped, to make it easier to track the progress of your order. Note: with COVID 19 your parcel may take a little longer to arrive.

A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Stock Items – Standard Range

Our standard range items will be packaged with care using bubble wrap and/or paper and/or cardboard and sent in delivery satchels or cardboard boxes via Toll Priority Express or Toll /Ipec Courier , TNT Australia or Australia Post where applicable.

Your order will be shipped at the flat rate of $12.00 (inc GST) via standard shipping options – through TNT Australia, Toll Group Courier or Australia Post.
Express Post can be purchased for an additional $5.50 . This does not apply to items ordered with free shipping from our Australian Supplier.
Your shipment will be dispatched from Ballarat VIC within one to two working days of receiving payment. Tracking will be advised to you via email.
Parcels may be left at an unattended address, often at the discretion of the delivery driver. If you have specific delivery instructions, include these on check-out. I Love Wooden Toys takes no responsibility for items delivered as per your instructions.
Please use the “contact us” page if your package does not arrive or arrives damaged. We will personally liaise with you and the shipping contractor to resolve any issues.
LOCAL PICK UP (Does not apply to items dispatched directly from the supplier) –“If you would like to pick up from our Ballarat Office please complete your order with the $12.00 Flat Rate shipping and we will refund you the $12.00 or give you a $12.00 coupon once you have paid and picked up your order”.
Pick Up is STRICTLY BY PHONE APPOINTMENT ONLY call us on 1300 020 000 to arrange a time to collect your order.

Non Stock Items – Supplier Direct

Our quality supplier direct range is packaged and dispatched from the supplier using the courier of their choice.
EXPRESS POST does not apply to items dispatched from the supplier.
DUE TO COVID-19 AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERIES FROM OUR SUPPLIER TO THE CUSTOMER MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER THAN NORMAL. We appreciate your patience in this regard.
LOCAL PICK UP/DELIVERY option does not apply to items dispatched directly from the supplier.
Gift wrapping is not available on Non Stock Items.
Occasionally items listed as “In Stock” on the I Love Wooden Toys website may be “Out of Stock” with our supplier. If this occurs, you will be contacted to arrange a back order, alternative product or refund.
Product improvements and changes are constantly being made by our suppliers and I Love Wooden Toys relies on images and descriptions provided by them. While every attempt is made to ensure that our listings are correct, no responsibility can be accepted for product variations.
Supplier Direct items cannot be sent to a PO Box.
Shipping is at the flat rate of $12.00 per order (excludes FREE DELIVERY items).
