Firstly thank you for your very prompt shipping of the name train which I purchased online. The item I purchased (which was a gift for the weekend) came in very quick time! It was then such a great surprise to open my package and find a wonderfully made and adorable wooden train just as ordered. I would highly recommend your website to my family and friends.
I contacted Sue asking for more information about toy name trains, not realising what I wanted to know was on another page of the website. I quickly sent off another email to Sue telling her I had discovered the information and she didn’t need to reply but she did anyway and offered to help more if needed. There was no problem ordering the goods and then I was kept in the loop all the way as to when they had been posted and when they would be delivered. I was very impressed with the packaging of the parcel and all was in order and undamaged on receipt of it.
I ordered a gorgeous personalised wooden toy for a friend’s son’s 1st birthday and it was an absolute hit! I got the present delivered straight there and it arrived beautifully!

Great size and great packaging. I have only opened one as they are Christmas presents. I love the fact they came in there own boxes with the name on the box for easy Xmas wrapping.
